Teamo tea is the best! The service has always been amazing, the owner is so sweet, and it is personally the best boba I have ever had! Every time I have came the drinks have stayed consistently good and Teamo Tea is definitely the best boba in Iowa (in my opinion) :)

Only giving 4 stars as it was my first time. Upon first impression, it was nice in appearance and smelled decent. The tables and floors were clean. I liked that that the drink menu was placed on the side vs. behind the cashiers so I could decide for as long as I needed. It was simple ordering and I even got to make slight changes and add-ons for my drink which I appreciated. My drink ended up being delicious and I felt even better knowing that the workers were approachable and mild mannered enough to make changes if it wasn't. No guilt or pressure like some other cafes. The tables were clean, but the couch was a bit strange to me for some reason to sit on. Don't know if it was the fabric covers or having the view be the barista counter. I don't think I would take a loud friend/child here for long as sound carries and the positioning of the tables encourages you to hear others conversations a bit too clearly. Overall, was impressed with the product and service provided that day. Wasn't the biggest fan of the seating , but would return here, especially in the spring and summer.

I LOVE TEAMO!! They offer a variety of flavors and toppings for a great price. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Teamo is by far the best bubble tea shop in Iowa City!

This is me and my gf’s go to spot for a boba drink. We have been there for over 10 times and they were all great experiences. The employees are extremely efficient and attentive, they had my drink ready in less than a minute no kidding! The owner is also very friendly and attentive. They recently added a 10 second challenge where you can get a free drink if you hit the ‘10:00:00’ mark on the stopwatch, it’s always fun to participate and try your luck. They also have a great loyalty program, you get a free drink every 10 that you order and during happy hours, you get a ‘buy one get one half off’ discount as well. The bathroom is also clean and tidy. I have had been to other boba place dt, but none can compete with teamo, they are the best of the best! Will definitely recommend getting a drink or two if you are in town. One suggestion for the store tho is to implement accessible features like automatic door opening. If you are looking for suggestions for drinks, here are my favourites: Ube Cloud, Royale Black Plain Tean, Taro Milk Tea and of course their Signature Teamo Milktea.

I remember when Teamo first opened, and it became my favorite place downtown in high school! Their drinks are amazing and the most affordable among Iowa City boba shops. Their owner and staff are so friendly and helpful, and I'm deeply appreciative of their ongoing support for local and student organizations. I also love their reward system, the sticky note wall, and their seating options provide the perfect ambiance. They're long overdue for a review from me but I hope they know how beloved they are in our community. It's genuinely the only place I can never say no to. My current rotating favorites are the wintermelon roasted milk tea, mango green milk tea, wintermelon ice cream tea, and the shaken fruit teas.

Best Boba I have had in Iowa by far. My family has been enjoying drinks here for years. The shop owner is super warm and kind. Highly recommend.

Teamo is the best boba place in Iowa city! The owner is super friendly and awesome! We love their passionfruit fruit tea and their strawberry Teamo. They catered our wedding and were amazing on our special day! Highly recommend this boba shop! Very good quality and delicious drinks!

They have pretty good fruit tea, and the workers there are usually pretty chill. One cool thing in the shop is this bulletin board of sticky notes and anyone can write/draw something and pin it up.
